Tell me what you want
Describe the item, material, design, or upload an image. Rough ideas are fine — I'll ask follow-up questions if needed.

I send you a proof
You'll see a digital mock-up before anything is made. Request changes freely — no charge for the proof stage.

Approve and arrange
Once you're happy with the proof, we'll coordinate pickup or delivery and sort out the details together.
